Well its the time of giving and giving back to those who are in need. How do you know its that time fo the year? Well thanksgiving is one to start it off and how do we know to give? Is it internal alarm in us that says " Hey time to give to those who are in need because you have everyting and there are people who dont have what you have so give them a little to make them feel part of this giving time" That a bunch of BS. I hate these times of the year because it seems that we forget that there are people out there starving, cold and are in need of love.
I gues you might ask why are you bringing this up now. Well it all started when the wonderful group call the salvation army. You know the people with the bells and red tin. Yeah those 5 week workers i call them. So over the year i have come to see these peopel every year at the same time of the year. Talking about giving back and this and that. But as i got older i started to see that we are soppose to give everyday, weather its love, warmth, money, a coat, what ever it might be. Give it.
So one day i was going to the store and who do i see, thats right the great people of salvation army ringing that bell like they where making beats for Dr. Dre. All the years built up in me of looking and pasting by these people with out a word but a smile. But no longer could i keep that in at being 23. Past by and say, Can i ask you a question. The man and women look at me as they ring the bell and say sure anything. And out it comes, i say


Cubby: "Why are you only out during this time of the year?"
SVMan: " What do you mean? we are out here to collect and help those in need"
CUb: I understand that but last time i checked, homeless was not a seasonal thing
SVwoman: stops ringing the bell
Cub: Im just saying you are all about helping and stuff but its one thing to do it at the time when its the time of givining. And to ask people at there weakness time of i must give cus the tv told me or the bell is the sign of i need to give
SVman: Blank stare and stops ringing bell
CUB: But hey, you do what you do. (walks away into store)

So after speaking my mind into a store to buy stuff asking my self was that right or wrong. SHit it was right. We leave in this oo you cant say that or this because that is not right. YEah sure. So im in the store and walk out, and guess who grabs me to the side?

SVwomen: " you know what you said was true, we should be out here more often"
CUB: " ITs not just you guys but everyone should be out here or giving out helping everyday.
SVwomen: looks at me wit a stare
CUB: O yeah one more thing
SVwomen: yeah
CUB: "Dont give away no more can foods.
SVwomen: "WHYs that?"
CUB: "Have you ever seen the contents on can food, shit i dont even eat that crap. All that sodium. Thats not good for anyone let along someone who is in need food. But hey thats just me.
SVwomen: "Blank stare with a suttle thank you"

Ok to some of you who are reading this might see me as a mean ass hole or just fucked up but ask yourself when was the last time you gave??? huh...yeah my point. We fall into this BS mood of i have to give people this and that to be loved back. So i buy bull shit to make other people who have engough shit to last them. All i say is that thanksgiving and xmas time is everyday. Im not saying eat shit load of food and leave your xmas lights up all year around even tho some of you do that already. Im just saying give some way or how to someone who truly needs help. Dont wait for one day to spend time with your family, try to see them as much as you can. If ringing a bell is the thing that triggers it in you, you might want to re think life around you.
